Mr. Landry has had extensive experience in management of Company Safety Programs with excellent results. Parsons Construction Services received national recognition from ABC and locally from the Houston Business Roundtable. Construction was completed on the Exxon Syngas project with over one million manhours and no recordable injuries. He directed the worldwide safety program for domestic and international projects for Parsons Energy and Chemical Group. His responsibilities included auditing International projects.
As an Officer and Principal in Gulf States, Inc. the Safety staff was a direct report when Gulf States, Inc. received national safety recognition from the Business Roundtable for excellent safety performance. The Business Roundtable published a booklet using Gulf States, Inc. as a Model for Contractor Safety for the industry. With the Dow Chemical Company, he managed Magnesium Production Department in achieving first DI free year in the Department's history. He was an instructor in Company's Safety training Programs and managed the Company's Foreman training Academy including Safety Training. |

Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP): The scope of the project was the design and installation of three selective catalytic reduction units on three boilers. The TIC was in excess of thirty million dollars. Multiple financial problems were overcome to bring this project to a successful completion. Calpine Corporation: The scope of the project was the installation of four auxiliary boilers including designing and building selective catalytic reduction units for the boilers. | LABOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE | |

While he was employed by the Dow Chemical Company he was assigned to the Labor Relations Department. The employees of the Texas Division of Dow were represented by ten different unions. He processed grievances and arbitrations for the Company. He also served on the Company's negotiations committee for two major contract negotiations and had previously served on subcommittees for craft negotiations. Three unions, the carpenters, painters and electricians were decertified while they were under his management. He was an instructor in the Company's salaried operations training program. He managed the companies Maintenance Department while the Company operated the plant during a thirteen week strike. He was an instructor for seminars presented to the Association Builders and Contractors and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. |

John V. Landry, P. E., President and primary consultant is a Chemical engineering graduate of Louisiana State University and a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. He has over forty years of experience in the management of engineering, construction, maintenance and process operations in the refining, petrochemical and energy industries. A brief summary of his employment follows: President of Applied Utility Systems, a design/build company providing emissions control equipment to the power industry President of Parsons Construction Services, Inc. the Merit Shop construction arm of Parsons Energy & Chemicals Engineering Manager for Orion Refining Operations and Maintenance Manager for Bechtel Corporation Project Manager for CITGO Petroleum Prinicpal and Vice President of Gulf State, Inc. a medium size industrial contracting company. He also served as Vice President of Business Development, and President of Gulf State's Louisiana and California subsidiaries. Manager of Employee Relations, Maintenance and Environmental Services for the Texas Division of the Dow chemical company. He also served in various other management positions in operations and maintenance, and as an engineer in research. |
