Since its creation, LANDRY and associates has been committed to sustainable development and recognizes its role as a responsible corporate citizen to its employees, partners, customers and the community. Thus, we have a sustainable development policy, a sustainable development committee headed by a designated official, an action plan on the three pillars of sustainable development and supported by nine guiding principles as well as an annual sustainability report. The challenge is daunting, but the involvement of each member of the team allows us to achieve our ambitious vision.
Great work environment
We are proud to provide our employees with an inclusive and diverse workplace that encourages and promotes differences and offers healthy opportunities to build meaningful relationships. Together, we contribute to the development of an organizational culture that values inclusion, action, collaboration and service.
Public transit program
We are proud to offer our employees a public transit program that translates into a financial contribution for the purchase of monthly transit tickets. This program implements the environmental protection principle of our policy and reduces our environmental impact on greenhouse gas emissions while encouraging our employees to travel by public transit. A win-win advantage for everyone, plus the planet!
Giving back to the community
We also support our employees in volunteering by applying the principle of participation and social commitment in our sustainability policy. It is in this spirit that we organize an annual team event to help the less privileged. Our employees join forces to support a good cause. They can also take a day off to volunteer and get personally involved with a community or charity.
LANDRY and associates is committed to implementing health and wellness initiatives to promote healthy lifestyles and foster a stimulating and dynamic work environment. In order to integrate physical activity into everyday life and help our employees stay active at work, we offer group fitness activities at or near the workplace. In addition, mindfulness sessions are held regularly to invite our employees to pause, sit, close their eyes and relax! Employees also receive an annual financial allowance to cover well-being expenses.
